– Cancellation 14 days or less before the charter date: Unfortunately, no refund of the deposit will be granted.

Special Circumstances:

– If Pure Energy Charters cancels the charter, a full refund of the deposit will be given.
– In case of unforeseen circumstances leading to cancellation (e.g., unsafe weather conditions), you will receive service credit, with your deposit available for future use. Rescheduling may be done without additional charges, subject to availability, with no deadline for deposit credit.

Changes to the charter date may be accommodated based on availability and at Pure Energy Charters’ discretion, potentially involving additional fees or deposit adjustments.
